While the client work has backed off a bit (or ten fold) don’t take this as an excuse to sit around and Pinterest cute holiday outfits for your next party. If your brain is relaxing make your body compensate for it. Get up and move around (or in the case of our office, we are doing lunges every day before we eat. #fitnessfreaks)

…of calories that is. It’s cold outside but don’t think that means you are safe from dehydration. It’s the oldest trick in the book: If you feel hungry, drink a large glass of water before your meal, and continue to drink water during the meal. This will fill your stomach and make you feel satisfied.

People are attracted to a strong, healthy body. Your confidence will show if you’ve been keeping up with your eating and exercise habits. And that means you won’t find yourself alone under the misletoe.
Shop Till You Drop
Don’t have to tell me twice. Can’t find parking – Don’t curse the lazy people who got the good parking. Take it as a blessing and park further away to get in some extra steps. Waiting in line – make those heavy bags full of the cutest shoes your bicep curls.
